Project Brief: A full-service interior design and major renovation of a 1967 single-family residence, executed in partnership with Trilobite Design. Our design intent was to transform the home from inherited furnishings to a cohesive, comfortable, and stylish sanctuary that reflects the clients’ outdoorsy, practical lifestyle. The aesthetic is a blend of Bohemian and Nature-Inspired Modern, prioritizing comfort and a seamless visual connection to the surrounding environment. The design utilizes a tranquil palette of blues, greens, and earth tones. The Primary Suite was converted into a spa-like retreat, featuring a freestanding tub and fabric-accented bedroom. The Home Office Loft was updated to be optimized for virtual meetings, balancing existing wood paneling with modern lighting and functional accent seating. Architectural upgrades focused on high R-value exterior walls, a metal standing seam roof, and a new heat pump/ERV system for optimal efficiency and year-round comfort.
