Project Brief: Our design intent was to transform a 1982 home into a sophisticated, highly-functional space reflecting the clients’ preference for Warm Contemporary style. The design emphasizes Clean Lines, Warm Textures, and high Contrast, using a palette of rich blues, cool neutrals, and deep walnut veneers to create a backdrop for their extensive art collection. A custom walnut veneer paneling with hidden storage access in the Dining Room, a completely redesigned Kitchen featuring an integrated Wet Bar, and reimagined fireplace walls in the Great Room and Family Room to serve as architectural focal points. The renovation successfully balanced expansive luxury with a warm inviting home to host the most amazing dinner parties for years to come.
